What it's for
Once you've set the filters the way you trust them, there's no point clicking through them again every day. A strategy is a saved set of criteria including the sort order; you'll find it in the menu under Strategies.
The number next to the name shows how many tips match the strategy right now.
- 1A saved strategy applies the whole set of criteria and the sort order at once, not just part of it.
The routine is simple: set the filters above the tips list the way you want them, save them under a name, and next time load the strategy with a single click. Loading applies the whole set of criteria at once — a partial apply would leave the list in a state that is neither the old filter nor the saved strategy.
The number next to the name says how many tips match the strategy right now, so you can tell whether it's even worth opening.
Watched matches
The star on a match saves it. On the match list a single switch then shows watched matches only — handy when you're following a particular round or a few teams.
Watched matches and strategies are two different things and it's worth not mixing them up: the star remembers matches, a strategy remembers criteria. So a strategy will show different fixtures tomorrow; the star will show the same ones.
